Facebook about to launch their own ?app store?

There seem to be a lot of folks talking about a possible app-type development arena coming from Facebook. The NY Times wrote about it, sparking quite a buzz in Tech circles. No definite announcements have been made as of this writing, but sources think it’s pretty far along, having seen actual demos.
